James graduated from Granbury High School. After earning a bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona, James earned his Accredited Mortgage Professional (AMP) designation from the Mortgage Bankers Association School of Mortgage Banking.

Abraham “Honest Abe” Guajardo is a bilingual loan officer who enjoys the process of guiding buyers of all levels of experience. His expertise with first-time home buyers, experienced purchasers, and property investors continue to grow. He works with each client to find the financing options best suited for the purchase or refinancing of residential properties, keeping close tabs on changing agency guidelines.
Abraham began his career as a loan officer in October 2020. With experience working for BNSF Railway and Nielsen TV Ratings, he developed real-world knowledge that helps him provide excellent customer service to every client.
In addition to his work as a leader among mortgage brokers, Abraham is also involved in community projects and is an active member of the Dallas Hispanic Investors Association. Being active in the DFW Hispanic community is important to Abraham, and DFW Mortgage Advisors.
By applying his bilingual skills to the mortgage market, he expertly guides Spanish-speaking clients to their best property financing options and helps each make informed decisions about their home loans. He currently lives in Murphy, TX with his wife, Cindy, and their children. He enjoys spending time at the ranch, camping, and hiking.
